Registration steps for registration of Incorporated Trustee

Fill out the CAC-IT01 form on the Company Registration Portal (CRP) and upload all required documents, including your constitution and trustee details.

- Minutes of meetings appointing trustees
- Trustee declaration forms

Make secure online payment of filing fees as required for Incorporated Trustees.
- 5.
Receive Your Registration Certificates
Registration is fully end-to-end on the CRP, and you will receive your:
- Electronic Certificate of Incorporation
- Certified Extract of Registration Information upon approval.
What You Should Know
- At least two trustees are required, and trustees must meet legal qualifications (e.g., over 18, sound mind, not bankrupt).
- The registered constitution must comply with CAC's requirements.
- Organisations may also be required to publish a notice of intention to incorporate in newspapers as part of the process.
